             1. Shipping & Delivery Method: Canadaprod uses Canada Post and UPS Xpress, Expedited or Tracked Packet to deliver your order to make sure you will receive your order on time. Once you place an order with Canadaprod, you will receive an Order Confirmation email to confirm your order details. Also you can check your order information online.

             2. Shipping & Delivery Time:  One business day when you place an order.

             3. Free Canada Delivery with orders over U$200.00.

             4. For International Shipping Charge: (1). Under 1.00kg, U$25.95 is for International -- surface Ocean charge via Canada Post without Tracking Number service; (2). Over 2.00kg and AIR shipping cost, Please check Canada Post website at www.canadapost.ca or UPS website at www.ups.com for more information.   

             5. Shipping to Hongkong: U$25.95 for up to the first 3 pounds. U$5.50 for special price of additional each pound. Minimum order U$100.00. 5 - 7 business days arrive in Hongkong. Please see one of shipping detail.

             6. Shipping to China: U$25.95 for up to the first 5 pounds. U$4.00 for special price of additional each pound. Minimum order U$100.00. 10 to 15 business days arrive in China.

Returns & Replacement:

1. Return:

All products are checked carefully before delivery. Please let us know your problems by e-mail as any issue cannot be fixed by yourself. We are very pleased and honored to help you have a wonderful shopping time here.

All products from our website could be exchanged or returned within 30 days of receipt. The items should be returned in their original, undamaged packaging condition and in an unused condition.

2. Replacement:

The shipping charges, all duties, taxes and additional fees for international exchanges are to be paid by customer, except for the faulty item we ship. Please e-mail us the tracking number once the package is sent out. We are not responsible for returned products lost in the post.

3. Refund:

If any purchased product from this website is found to be faulty,such as incorrect size, color ect, you have the right to return it and claim for a FULL REFUND, also you can require exchange without any extra cost.
Please be aware that shipping fee is not refundable, except that items have been returned because they are faulty.
