Oregano: According to several published studies, when comparing different plant extracts, oregano has one of the most effective antifungal properties. It inhibits growth of Candida albicans (even some medication resistant strains).
Cinnamon oil: Cinnamon oil, long known for its anti-fungal properties in traditional Chinese medicine has similar strong growth-inhibiting effects on fungi like Candida albicans.
