Each capsule contains:

China red Ginseng [Panax ginseng] (root) Extrait concentré 4:1normalisé à 5% en ginsénosides et équivalent à 800 mg de racine séchée. 200 mg
Korean Ginseng [Panax ginseng] (root) Extract standardized at 5% in ginsenosides 200 mg
China Red Ginseng extract [Panax ginseng] (root) Extract 10:1 standardized at 20% in ginsenosides equivalent to 100 mg of crude dried roots 10 mg
This ginseng preparation provides 22 mg of ginsenosides per capsule.

Dosage

Adults: Take 3 capsules daily, with a meal.
