• Baby Ddrops® are easy to use and specifically designed for breastfed babies. The Canadian Paediatric Society recommends at least 400 IU/day of vitamin D for all infants who are breastfed even partially
• Baby Ddrops® medicinal ingredient: Each drop contains pure vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) 400 IU. The vitamin D3 in Ddrops® products is naturally sourced from lanolin. Although lanolin comes from sheep’s wool, the animal is not harmed. All Ddrops® are classified as vegetarian products, suitable for ‘lacto-ovo’ vegetarian use
• Baby Ddrops® non-medicinal ingredient: Purified coconut oil with no other chemicals or additives making it tasteless, odorless and free from most common allergens
How To Use Baby Ddrops
No Mess and No Fuss Just Simple and Safe Administration
• Simply turn the bottle completely upside down. There is no need to shake the bottle, as the drop will fall out by itself thanks to gravity
• To slow the speed of the drop, the bottle can be tilted slightly from vertical
• Once you see the drop forming, you know that the drop will fall shortly
• To prevent a second drop from coming out, start tilting the bottle at 45 degrees
• Ddrops® products, including Baby Ddrops®, are designed to be dropped onto a clean surface rather than dropped directly into the mouth
• This safe method prevents the EuroDdropper™ from becoming contaminated by avoidable contact with a mouth
• This method also allows easy monitoring for the number of drops being dispensed from the dropper prior to a child taking in the product and avoiding administering more than one drop
• Ddrops® may be dropped onto food without concern that it will affect the taste of the food
• Once the drop is dispensed, return the bottle to an upright position and put on the cap
• Store the bottle upright, between 5°C and 30°C
When your Ddrops® bottle is running low...
• In order for the Ddrops® EuroDdropper™ to work effectively, the bottle has been filled slightly beyond the number of doses indicated on the package
• As you get to the end of the Ddrops® bottle (i.e. near 60 doses for Baby Ddrops®) it will take a longer time for a drop to come out of the EuroDdropper™, yet some residual liquid will still appear in the bottle
• The slower drops signal that the bottle is essentially empty and that it is time for the next bottle of Ddrops®
• It is normal that there will always be some residual liquid left in the bottle after the 60 doses have been dispensed
