Recommended use:
To promote temporary alertness, wakefulness and endurance, relieve fatigue and enhance cognitive and motor performance and maintain good health. Adult dosage: Take two (2) tablets daily with food, a few hours before or after taking other medications.

Caution:
Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have high blood pressure, glaucoma, detrusor instability (overactive bladder syndrome), if you are taking lithium or antimalarial agent Halofantrine. Consumption with natural health products (e.g. bitter orange extract, synephrine, octopamine), or other drugs (e.g. ephedrine) which increase blood pressure is not recommended, nor is consumption with other caffeine-containing products (e.g. medications, coffee, tea, colas, guarana, maté).
